A VST that has great horn/trumpets that has sounds from Old Horror movies to horns from Grimy funk 70's to beautiful Orchestral horns/trumpets. I guess that would include wood winds....Sorry for sounding redundant, I'm pretty novice in this area. Any help would be great ...thanks

What DAW are you using?
And do you already use Reason? They have a nice Orchestra sound bank with pretty nice horn samples? -------------------- Ableton Live 4.1

I am looking for basic virtual instruments for PT LE + Mbox. I mostly do acoustic/audio but occasionally need drums, organ, maybe horns for R&B.
It seems that full bodied Reason or Sampletank are a bit much for my needs - not necessarily the cost but processor overhead / disk bloat is what I am looking at. Are there adequate VSTis (using a vst2rtas wrapper) for this level of work ? If not, which of the 2 has better virtual instruments ?
