Problem. When I installed Logic 4.7 on OS 9.2.3 on a dual boot, there is no left right audio output. When I open the editing window, I have audio but not out of the mains. Any suggestions? If so please emai. Thanks

Hi midgetmoney...
How much RAM are you using? I've been using LAP 4.8 in OS 9.2.1, and I had a similar problem with no audio from my Arrange page, even though it was fine from the Audio Editor page (just always solo!). After a lot of searching through various forums, I discovered it was down to a "known problem" with my particular configuration, which was using 1.25GB RAM in a 733 G4. The solution was very simple... took out a 512 chip of RAM to take the total to under 1 gig (768 in fact), and everything was fine. I don't know if this problem is also a "known" one in 4.7 or not... but maybe this info is helpful to you.. Good luck! |
