Could it be that Mac is so egocentric that they put a CD burner in the G4 that does not automatically produce CDs with the standard red book specs?
My guess is PROBABLY.
Does that mean that I need 'toast' to actually export music from DP3 to the G4 Burner?
Is toast the best?

Thanks very much for your explanation. After getting your post, i went to the interleave section in the DP3 manual and it now makes sense.
One further question, if you have time: is an MP3 always in 8 bit and consequently of poorer quality than most commonly used protocalls?
thanks again for the brain injection.
