hello ,
I have a problem with space in my HD,and the labrary of spectrasonics stylus ...somebody knows If I can put de .dat archive in my audio partition?I try to make an alias ,but the original .dat must remane in the Mac Hd.thanks a lot

I think it is possible to put the .dat file on your external audio drive, but you have to create an alias ('shortcut') file on your internal HD (at the location where the .dat file normally is) which references the location of the .dat file on your external drive.

Thanks nryes and co, I´ll try to make an alias in the place of the .dat file and put the .dat file in the other disk.
