I'm not sure how much I like this. It does however totally fall in line with the fact that Avid/Digi knows their number is up regarding the high-dollar elitist AV universe they've supported in the past. Why do you think Digi is finally issuing 3rd party drivers for their hardware? They know they have to start catering to the little guy. And guess what? They're about to buy the company that makes the "little guy's" keyboard/ monitor/ midi-interface of choice.

yeah well i heard that apple/emagic are doing a deal with apogee to gang up on digi....64 bit macs, german sequencing, high brow yankee conversions mmm suits you sir.
