How To Remove All Vst Plugins? Options

Hi,

i'm troubleshooting with re-installing cubase sx. (i can install it but when i launch it, it freezes on 'loading vst multitrack')

so how can i remove ALL vst plugins? i already deleted the map library/audio/plugins/vst but when i re-install cubase it still asks to keep my old vst plugins. even if i choose no it doesn't work.

is there any application that removes all previous installed vst plugins or can i do this manually?
