Does someone know of a way to export a garage band file as a midi file? I know there's a way to import, but I need to EXPORT. Thanks!

Although not ideal, you could probably use IAC to play the MIDI out via the MIDI AU plug-in. http://home.comcast.net/~retroware/

Substitute this plug-in as your MIDI instrument AU and point the OUT to another MIDI application like Logic via IAC's virtual interlink. See /Utillities/Audio MIDI Setup for more on IAC.

Basically, once you substitute your instruments with this AU plug-in, the MIDI playback can be recorded into another application like Logic.

Also, you could just wait for Emagic to release the next version of Logic which is meant to have import support for Garage Band projects.
