Ok I just got a powerbook for school (with a 80 GB HDD I belive) I have an iPod 40 Gb and I plan on getting a 160 GB Firewire drive.
Ok so my computer is for school (music school) so I plan on having alot of Songs saved some where, I also will have Cubse, Protools almost every NI suite, Reason Toast and Jam Finale and so on...........
I also plan of having college/kid/graphic design stuff on it too. (such as MS Office, Macromedia studio MX,photoshop and maybe a couple of games too.....
so........how should I set up my drives so I can get the best performance out of my computer??? I have : 80 GB HDD on the comp 40 GC iPod 150 GB HDD Firewire (just to recap)
so if someone could give me some advice I'd greatly appreciate it thanks alot Slowintrepid
Paritioning My Drives???, how should I set em up.
