You know, I just spent the money and got a tascam usb interface for my computer for audio recordings , then I see an ad for the new Apple imic. Which does the same thing but probably would work better since its an Apple product and I have an apple comp. Cause ive had problems with my tascam, but i've worked those problems out. Anyway, why is it that everytime i buy something, they come out with something better the next day?

dasasould pretty much covered it - it's not an Apple product. And all you need to do is search the forums here to see how many people have experienced problems with the iMic or are unsatisfied with its quality. It's a cheap solution, but you get what you pay for...

The iMic is like $35, and sounds like it. It is a "consumer" audio device.
Not really for someone who wants to make real music. TD -------------------- |

I know enough to never waste my money on it... and I recommend this to ohers too... don't waste your money... seen to many complaints about poor sound and glitches.
