Backing up EQ's, snapshots, etc. to Cubase VST on an iBook OS9.1 Upgrading Tascam DM-24 with new eproms. Midi in/out of the mixer to a MidiSport 4x4.
I've filtered & disconnected everything I could think of yet when performing Bulk Loads back to the mixer I receive an error message: "Data Load Error. (Sequence) Midi Bulk Load Canceled. According to the Tascam manual "Shown if the Bulk Data sent to the DM-24 is corrupt or cannot otherwise be received successfully."
This only happens when trying to load mix snapshots & automation data. Smaller data like EQ's, compressions, etc. are fine. It appears to be a matter of capacity.
Any information or guidance to help remedy this would be greatly appreciated.
