Hello Cats!

Maybe someone can help.

I have installed 'Pro Tools Free' on my iMac G3 (350Mhz) and I keep getting the message 'not enough memory for DAE'. Can anyone advise how I can get PT Free to work. I know my iMac is probably a bit old but I want to try to use PT Free to see if it is what I need.

Thanks in advance.

Tim

Sounds to me like you don't have enough ram. The 350 I have came with only 64 Mbites of ram... I added another 128... enough to run Metro 5 up to about 8 audio tracks before the dreaded insuffeciant memory note.
