Right off the bat, I run Cubase SX 2.0.2 on a Mac G5 with OS 10.2.7.

I'm working on my first piece since doing the Cubase 2.0.2 update, which so far has gone fine. I've loaded in three VSTi's in the piece. At some point I changed my mind about using one of them, so I first disconnected it as an output in the Inspector. I then hit F11 to bring up the VST Instruments screen. When I clicked on "No Instrument" for the second loaded instrument (the one I no longer wanted), Cubase immediately crashed.

And it's been crashing every single time I've wanted to disconnect a VSTi like that. As a matter of fact, every time I want to change the VSTi in its slot, it crashes.

Anybody else having this problem? Anybody know of a solution?

As an aside: Cubase has been crashing lately every time I fire up CueMix Controller from my MOTU 24 I/O sound controller. Maybe a new bug, cos it never happened before?

THANKS.

Drew
