Editing A Song Options

Hello,

I'm new on this forun.
One of my friend sang. For her training, she would like to use a software who are able to open a song and select an instrument, guitar for example, and play just the guitar of this song.
Someone know is this kind af software exist and where we can find song?
It's like in video editing on Final Cut Pro before the final Quicktime file, you can play this soundtrack or this part of movie.
