Can I get a SCSI conection for my iPod, so I can use it as an external HD for my Akai MPC2000. Or is the software to old to understand the iPod anyway. Are firewire and SCSI dramatically different?

Aksys is a dedicated software from Akai to handle operations on most of their sampler line Now I repeat, you are trying a complicate thing, and I won't be sure at all it can be done… using an iPod as a drive for an MPC is a bit far of… Latest news on aksys on OSX, I'm not sure at all MPC 2000 is supported…

I know I'm taking a long shot. I have a !00mb zip drive for my MPC. I'm just curious as too wether this would work or not. I certainly had my doubts. Thanks for your help though, much appreciated.
