The only music software training centers that I have been able to find on the web have been the steinberg training centers. Are there training centers for other software companies? Logic, protools, maybe even a school that teaches all or many of the apps without requiring you to study audio engineering.

there's a training-CD from emagic called 'hearmaster'. perhaps that is an option for you.

also... look in some music magazines because I always see ads for places that train for ProTools and i think about 80-90% of those are on macs. ProTools was designed primarily for the mac and music reps like mac processing so most are on the mac.
