I have a Midi (*.mid) file that has about 3 or 4 seconds of silence in the beginning. All I want to do is open up the file, slice off the beginning, and resave it as a .mid file. What's an easy and simple way to do this?

If you have a program like Metro SE you can simply do as you suggest. Open the MIDI file. Select the silence, delete time, and then export the MIDI file. biggrin.gif
