Everytime I load logic version 4 (g4 os9) I says I can't find the asio driver/can't connect with audiowerk card?? Help I have tried downloading the new asio driver and putting it in the asio folder in logic but it still won't work??

Logic should recognise the AW card without ASIO drivers. In the audio hardware page you should be able to select AW from the list then reboot Logic to activate.
