ok, i just got me a mac g4 1.25ghz single proc. 512mb ram. i dont have much experience on it so far but i can get around easily. i also just recently got the us-122 interface so i can record my music. however, i followed the directions as best to my abillity, and have noticed some problems when i try to record with the free cubasis software. it seem like i am overloading my system when im recording, editing.... and my system crashes (i thought that macs didnt crash for the most part, but i was obviously wrong). are there any steps that you could recommend to stabilize my system.
thanks in advance, from one music lover to another!
