Cubase Le Unexpectedly Quits Options

Hi there,

I've recently bought a Yamaha MO6 synthesizer/workstation and with it came, to my surprise, a copy of Cubase LE. :-) I was of course very happy with this and immediatly installed it on my iBook G4 (with mac os x Tiger 10.4.8). The Cubase LE version was 1.0.9. I could install the program without any difficulties, but now everytime when I try to open it, Cubase seems to start up (I get the grey frame and the "Initializing" messages in the left corner) but right when you'd expect your workspace to appear, I get the error message "Cubase LE unexpectedly quits"...
I included the crash report provided by Mac, I don't understand a single thing of it, maybe some of you guys do. I already downloaded and installed the LE update succesfully (1.0.10), but Cubase still does not work...

Can somebody please help me on my way?

I have Cubase 1.06 and two copies of 1.07, my daughter has 1.08. All do as you have described. I switched to Logic Express, it works.

Yep, already thought of the same thing myself and that turned out to be the problem (Sampletank). I don't know why, it's a legal copy that came with ProTools LE, but anyway, Cubase works now, hope I can get Sampletank to work with it too...
