hi all
ok i have just got myself the delta 1010 ( pci-x compatible version) am up to driver 2.0.3 in OSX 10.3.9 ummmmm the driver would have to be the most un stable piece of @#$% i have ever had the misfortune to ever use... driver drops out.. pops and crackles and distortion all faithfully reproduced... when it actually DOES work, when the planets all align up in the right sequence and the grass in my yard is at a proper height... it actually sounds un believable!! so am i the only MAC G4 dual 1.25 MDD 2 gig ram user that has these dramas??? i dont think i am angry.gif
ps .. ohhh for all you OSX tiger purists that will post CLAIMING that i should use tiger and the 2.0.4 driver... did that and the same problems ... so im not about to change OS systems just for a stupid M-audio card that never worked in the first place AND!! will not work properly IN TIGER EITHER!!!

so do i wait in hope that M-Audio fix their drivers or do i just sell off the BRAND NEW!! card to some XP user???

help!!!!

peace...

Hi Lakis,

I hope you get a reply from some of the G4 MDD folk to help you out. All I can say is that - with my G5 under both Jaguar and Tiger the Delta 1010LT that I have works fine - driver version 2.0.2 at the moment. No pops or crackles, I am well pleased with the card.
Is it possible that there's something else about your set-up giving the card some grief? Or maybe with the G4 you need an earlier driver???

Good luck

PT
