First time poster and i need some help...
I own a Digi 001 and a Mac OS X Panther... I installed PT 6.1.2 and everytime i open it up in mac... An alert comes up telling me to manually shut down... Ive searched for this problem in the forums but my patience is little since ive been scrapping up pennies just to purchase this set up.... Im hoping someone can give me a explanation or atleast some hints to help me through.... (also, im a rookie with Mac's always been a Windows head) |

you should update to update 6.4 i think.

I agree. This from the Digidesign website:
"Pro Tools LE 6.1.2 is the last version that will install or run on Mac OS 10.2 "Jaguar". Mac OS 10.3 "Panther" requires Pro Tools LE 6.4." Also: "Digi 001 with Pro Tools LE 6.4 for Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther): Pro Tools LE 6.4 for Mac OS X 10.3 is the last version that supports Digi 001 hardware." http://www.digidesign.com/ |
