You could use Ableton's Live 4.0 Recording Software. I want you to know that BT, well-known Trance musician, uses Live 4.0 and an M-Audio keyboard for his live performances, Laptop Symphony. Live works as a Master, and Reason would be the slave application. Any output from Reason would be recorded in Live. Since Live has multiple channels both Audio and MIDI, you have a ton of flexibility with what you want to do. You can record in an audio channel, and import it to a MIDI channel and use a keyboard to play your vocals.
Check it out at http://www.ableton.com.
