i just got the mbox 2 Factory Pro to travel. can i purchase a 002 console and connect it to my compute while at home studio?

I have the Mbox 2 Factory Pro 7.3 on a Mac Book Pro.Just installed with a M-audio midi k-board and a Akai 1000 for traveling purposes. I have a studio at home where most of my production has been created with Triton, Motif, Akai 3000 and other racks.

I am not used to the virtual synths but i'm managing. I'm looking for more sounds via stand-alone and plug-in.
Is there a virtual synth with real Horn sounds (sax, trumpet.....)? Not cheesy Korg ones.
Is there one with a real rodes sound and bass thats clean with a good low end and violins. How about old school synth sounds? Not alot of soft pretty relaxation sounds. And drums too. Not really loops but KIKs, Snares, HiHats....and tribal sounds, ethnic sounds.

I do alot of R&B, Hip Hop, and a good mix of live instrumentation with program beats.

Your help would definitly be appreciated.

D.
