My Powerbook G4 is a couple of years old. When I bought it, I upgraded to 512 by adding a 256 memory card to the standard 256 memory already offered. But in "About this Mac" it says I only have 256 for memory.... shouldn't I be registering 512 if I put in a second memory card?

Thanks

I need to take Garageband from a G5 and copy it to a bunch of eMacs.... what is the best way to do that? they all share the same storage.

Thanks folks!

I would like some expertise on what things I should think about while constructing a home studio that will have a main jam room, a sound proof booth, and a control room. Small scale with big dreams!

Thanks'

1. How come I can only import 200 bars? I recorded a live show (approx 90 min), but when I try to imput audio from Spark XL.... it only imputs a fraction of this.

2. How do I show the wavelengths in logic?

3. How do I get rid of recorded material at the begining of the track that I don't want?

These things should be easy. I thought Logic was suppose to be user friendly... maybe I'm just too use to ProTools...
