Hello

I have a new MacBook Pro and a M-Audio FW-410 and an Evolution UC-33e. I've installed and reinstalled the correct M-Audio driver for the 410, the UC-33e is said to be class compliant and therefore doesn't require drivers. Neither of the devices appears as a MIDI interface in Audio/MIDI setup. The 410 works fine as an audio driver and the FW and USB busses each recognize that the device is connected. I've trashed the preferences in my user library. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

Okay, so I feel foolish. The icons were for the devices were way off to the right, though the IAC icon was in the normal left corner. I had copied the user from another computer and deleted the devices that were no longer part of the setup which must have caused them to be placed further right.
