Voici ce qu'on peut lire sur le site de Digi a propos de proTools sur Panther:

Announcing Upcoming Support for Apple Mac OS X v10.3 Panther

Digidesign is pleased to announce phased-in support for Apple's new Mac OS X v10.3 Panther release, expected to bring exciting, productivity-enhancing advantages to Pro Tools users on Power Mac G5 systems.

Complementing the powerful, comprehensive feature set of the latest Pro Tools TDM software, Apple's Panther release should provide increased performance and accelerated workflow. Panther offers several benefits that are expected to directly augment your Pro Tools environment and experience, which include:

* ATTO SAM 2 driver support for improved SCSI performance
* Audio MIDI Setup — Panther adds a much requested "Test Studio Setup" function, as well as an IAC bus (send and receive MTC and MMC with applications such as Emagic's Logic)
* A snappier, more responsive user interface
* List View in Navigation Services
* Expose — Automatically tile all open application windows, including Pro Tools Mix and Edit windows
Pro Tools support for Mac OS X v10.3 Panther is scheduled for mid-November, 2003; keep an eye on digidesign.com's Hot News section for the latest information.

To transition to the upcoming Panther release as smoothly as possible, current Pro Tools users should be running the latest Pro Tools software with Mac OS X v10.2.7 or v10.2.8 on a Digidesign-approved Power Mac system. Visit the Download section of the Digidesign website to bring your Pro Tools system up to date.
