440 Forums _ Monitoring _ Surround Sound Speakers?

Doh.
I think I bought speakers that aren't going to work well with my mac:

The speakers have 3 cables, one for center/subs and then front speakers and
back. However, I'm guessing the mac only has one input? I'm confused as to
what to do, if I should take them back or not. I've been a PC user for
years, so I'm not quite sure.

Let me know!

I have a follow up question.

I am in a similar situation - I am looking to use a good set of surround sound speakers with my mac. They need to connect to a reciever via speaker cable - so is there a way to connect the reciever to the audio interface? Do you need 6 inputs on the reciever for each channel or will 2 inputs do the job?
