Anyone else share my difficulty with the help/pdf documents for SX3? I'm trying to find my way round it after switching from VST. Many things are clearly better but when you want to address a "how to" question the help systems just don't deliver. I'm trying to set up to record vocals on one track whilst playing back audio backing tracks. I'm using a Presonus 1394 two channel audio interface - I know it's basic- but then I need only one audio channel in. The rest is done using midi input from a Roland keyboard.
I'm sure the answer to this one is pretty basic but I can't find anyhting in the manual to help me. Anyone out there know the answer? angry.gif

Anyone out there who's cracked the trick of setting up Roland patches (I've got a KR570) in the wonderful complexity of SX3 on a Mac. My Roland info gives me a No. a CC0 setting a CC32 setting and a PC# setting but neither Steinberg nor Roland can tell me what these equate to in SX3. I'm sure it's all very simple but I can't find any advice that makes sense to me in any of the Help systems. i'm almost tempted to go back to the VST32 versions I ran with OS9.2 but then there's all that dosh I laid out to enter the wonderful world of SX3 angry.gif angry.gif angry.gif [FONT=Arial][SIZE=7][COLOR=red]
