No Guys I didn't buy Mbox, one of the 440 Forum Members did and was asking: "Where to find the Software" I said: "This has got to be a joke". Meaning: "Dear jayaseven , you have got to be able to figure this out."

I was more surprised that no one provided the Member the with the answer. I laughed when I got two correct answers for a problem not mine. Things get lost in the translation.

I use RME... "No problems", so far, four years of constant heavy use. Handles 78 Tracks of "Full Blast" Audio.

I have been a 440 Member for 2-3 years? In that time I must have seen 10-15 Problems with Mbox Interfaces. I also have seen the problems that Members, who purchased Mbox have had with trying to get Technical Help. It seems digidesign is difficult. Always upgrading and superseding...

In the beginning when I was making my choices about what to buy and why, I was in Germany. The original Wunderkinds of Software (Cubase and emagic) among others, I was told "emagic" they had strong feelings which were far to Tech Head for me then or now, but they all advised not to get Pro Tools, because in my mind, Pro Tools is/was the best... I went emagic which has become Logic.

I am really happy that I did, because I have never had any Tech Problems that Pro Tool User have with upgrades with software or connecting hardware... The worst thing is that it is the most expensive program of all! Whew, I got lucky on that one.

Mac and Logic Pro were made for each other. BTW, I was in Germany when Cubase who was following Pro Tools path almost "closed" because of bad Tech Service. I bet that Cubase Users have had fewer problems, especially with Tech Help? If you call someone will answer the phone and your question "QUICK"... They lost a lot of business because of their "Too big for the people who made them" customers and the power of the "Users".
