For some reason this installer will not follow through with the install on my brand-new iBook G4 with 10.3.1. I contacted tech support and I hope they help me soon because I have important gigs coming up in a couple days!

angry.gif URGENT PROBLEM...
I just installed the new driver for my oxygen 8 for Panther....
UNFORTUNATELY my G4 desktop will now no longer boot in full OS9 at start-up using System Preferences to change my start up disk (I have two internal drives on a partitioned system on a G4 450 dual processor - a 30gig drive with OS9 and a 100 gig one for Panther)
When I looked at the Installer in more detail I see that that there is a Firmware Updater included...which installed Firmware 4.2.8f1 at the same time as the new driver. I was previously on 4.2.8 without the f1 suffix.
There is no uninstaller included and I am dependant for some shows on running in full native OS9 for some live performance software that I use for visuals.
Any suggestions how to revert to the earlier Firmware....and/or uninstall the new driver????
And why is there no warning about this included in the notes for the installation?
GRRRR!
