Hi, I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to electronic/techy music stuff. I've basically got a MIDI synth/keyboard and need to hook it up to my G4 ibook. I've been looking at Reason and Soundtrack, and it seems that I really need some sort of MIDI input to really be able to create music (working on a short film soundtrack). Any suggestions?? Budget is an issue  ll help will be greatly appreciated!!
