Hi folks..

Running DP 3 on OS 9.2.2 , and attempting to import the patchlist from the Kurzweil K2600 .. The problem is that Freemidi (v 1.4.8) and Patchlist Editor (v1.4.4) Sees the K2600, but sees its template as a K2000 .. As a result I'm missing banks etc, because the K2000 only uses one Bank select, and the K2600 uses both "0" and "32" .. And I cannot find a newer version of Patchlist Manager .. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Open FreeMIDI then type command+ K (create new device).
After that select Kurzweil-K2600 and connect to the right port.
That's it. smile.gif

The other way to do is you have to type every patch name by hand.
Copy K-2000 patch and change the name to K-2600, edit it, and put it back inside Kurzweil folder inside FreeMIDI folder in System folder.

Thanks Azusa--
I'll try that tomarrow and keep you posted -- ( I actually tried deleting the k2600, and added new device wo out luck)
Also we have a 2nd system in the control room with the same install/OS .. I'm going to see if I run into the same prob on that ..
Any way around hand typing the patches!

Cheers
