I've got audio working OK with Cubase SX 1.06 on my G4 Powerbook Ti - MacOSX 10.3.2, but I can't get Cubase to recognise midi input from my master keyboard (DX7) via the 410 Firewire interface.. checked cables and settings etc... and they're ok... anyone any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
I've also heard about emulated midi ports in Cubase, but I think this only applies to Windows and not the Mac... is this correct?

I bought Firewire410 at the SoundExpo Show last week. I'm running Panther on a G4DP 450mhz 256mb RAM.

I took the Firewire back this week and traded it for Ozone and the Steinberg Studio Case.

M-Audio don't seem to have got past Jaguar. Mind you, the Cubase dongle that came with the Steinberg set is being a real dog. I can't open Cubase at all now! Ozone works fine, but is USB, not FW. rolleyes.gif

As usual M-audio seem to have revamped the jaguar driver as Panther, trouble, it doesn't work (other peoples on the FR side have the same problems). You have to wait on M-audio till they got their job together… AGAIN! angry.gif

I can't get to M-Audio's English-language website - just get a Quicktime index page which won't open. angry.gif

Comment allez-vous? Merci votre reponse rapide!

Is this the link you posted?

That's what comes up when I click on it and it's a completely useless Quicktime index page, full of dead iinks.

I'll try the French and German sites.
