All too often, lesser known comic strip writers, who (se) work is specific to some small subculture, don’t generate what might be described as mainstream quality work, but Mr. Levin’s “Mew and Zach” does not follow that pattern at all. I like his stuff as much if not more than many of the big time comics we read in the paper. And that can only be described as “very cool.”
