does anybody know if i can get logic on a student discount? or even an educator discount (my madre is a teacher)? or any kind of discount?

As far as I know from the ads into Macworld, you can !

nevermind, i found a good site for education discounts on a ton of stuff, including logic and reason (pizz-ow!). they also have their own discounts on everything from mics and headphones to all kinds of software.

Yeah! I just ordered Reason for 200 and Live for 150! Killer bargains if you are in the education field. Very responsive sales dept. too. like the toll free number.
