logic worked fine for a few weeks until yesterday. now each time i try to record audio it stops working for a while until the message I/O error, code 36 appears. i've tried everything i know, recording path etc, nothing works. please, please help me, i am starting to get crazy here.

what is your set up? what machine, os, interface, etc... Also, where are you saving your audio files to? same partition as your OS? A different partition? A different internal or external drive?

Have you tried to repair the disc and the permissions on it? This could be a file read/write error. Have you added any new plug ins to your system recently?

Hey Dude,
which operating system are you running?
one thing to certainly try to trash the logic preferences file ~/library/preferences/com.apple.logic
something like that for the directory, not exactly. anyway, try that and good luck
