Friends, I'm getting ready to score a film. When the filmmakers send me the clips, what format should I ask them to be in so that I can import them into Logic 7 for scoring? Thanks for any insight you may be able to give.

Logic uses QuickTime so I recon .mov or .mpeg would be suitable.

you can also use dv pal for the most acurate sync.
