I don't see a listing for 3.8.1 but anyone who hasn't been keeping up with this already great program should take another look. The new 'Meta Editor' is incredibly handy and makes quick sample tweaking a joy. It uses a unique approach to setting Start/End and fades. It also provides a 'beat slicing' function for quick extractions. It is a new feature and given this developers record for constant upgrading of the feature set this is an exciting development worth watching (or just buy it! if you work with samples you need this tool)

Thanks, your time and help is certainly appreciated. I actually already had 3.8.1, I was just looking for the proper and most updated link here to comment. Just wanted to give some updated and well deserved 'props' to the hard working Iced Audio guy.

this old new was linking to the 3.7 version, as expected
http://www.macmusic.org/softs/version.php?id=4218

but at the time of your post, the newestvcersion was also already referenced :
from the above link, click on the title (Audiofinder), and you will be relocated to the software page (instead of the 3.7 version page). this page list all the versions of audiofinder:
http://www.macmusic.org/softs/view.php?d=720

BTW, the software section is the prefered place to comment on software.

anyway thanks for your feedback
