Ok, Ok . . . I was just digging around my ol' iTunes files and came across a song from Annie Lennox that I had not heard in years and years and years called "Little Bird". Anyone heard this ?? So, in this "lil" song, as I'm kinda "My-My'n" along, this unbelievable and wonderful bass cuts in. It is full and round and punchy and really luscious and deep.
My question: How in the world through Compression, EQ, limiting, panning, etc, etc, etc does one produce such a miraculous sound ?? What Hz, kHz, Q does one adjust ? I have been trying to produce these sounds now on my own for like a year . . .and have just about given up.
