Okay, perhaps someone here can assist me on this...
It seems that each time I burn a file or two, equaling a couple MBs to CD, My (G4 1GHz dualie) Mac's burner automaticaly closes(write protects) the doomed disk after the burn, so I can no longer add any more material to the CD!!!! I haven't been able to figure out how to disengauge this action. Am I an idiot or is this just the way Apple has intended it? I have way too many CDs with over 600 megabytes of unusable disk space,,, not very efficiant. How can I burn just a few files at a time onto my CDs and continue adding files from later sessions to the CD until it is full? So far I have been forced to compile enough files until they summ in total 700MB, then I finally commit them to CD,,,, This is nutzz. Can someone share any wisdom on this problem? |
