Hi there,
I've got a new PowerBook G4 with GarageBand, Logic Express and an Edirol PCR-30 keyboard plugged in via USB. I've run the installations for Logic and the keyboard (these weren't pre-installed), but, for some reason, the I'm not getting any sound output when I play the keyboard, through Logic or otherwise. Signals appear to be being transferred, according to both the transport bar and also the MIDI setup in "Audio MIDI setup". I'm not entirely convinced that the MIDI is correctly set up, since the only entity in the MIDI devices is "Edirol PCR" - should this have an external input as well or is it an "all-in-one" affair? I'm not hugely experienced at setting up Mac's like this so I'd really appreciate any advice you could offer me! Thanks a lot, Polly |
