I am about to buy a new G4 running LAP and am planning on running the waves gold native bundle to keep my outboard gear down to a minimum. I am planning on using a new 733 G4 with the RAM increased to 1GB but will this be enough power to run the plugins effectively over multiple audio tracks?
Is it true that a DP 450 Mac would be better for VST plugins and if so should I buy a second-hand DP G4 for running waves? |
