Help! I am having a irksome problem with my MIDI playback/echoback.

I know a smiliar post has already been made on this topic but it still hasn't resolved my issue.

My setup is as follows:
Mac G4 / Digital Performer 3
MOTU micro express MIDI interface
Korg Triton LE (I/O connected to the micro express)
Roland JV 1010 sound module (I/O connected to the micro express)
Alesis MultiMix Mixer (audio outputs of triton and jv1010 connected here for mixing)

My problem is as follows:
With my current set up, I am trying to record MIDI into Digital Performer. The MIDI data is recording fine, triggers and etc, but I cannot hear any playback from the Triton itself. I hear playback from the JV1010 just fine though....from what I can tell, everything is set up correctly (and YES local IS OFF ).

I don't know what is wrong, if ANYONE could help I would be REALLY REALLY grateful!
