i cant setup new banks in logic and it forces me to always use general midi
whats with this? |

What version of Logic are you using?
Have you set up OMS correctly? If you are on MicroLogic you only have choice of GM names For Logic Platinum 5.1.3 You need to go to Options>Settings>OMS Preferences>Output Mapping Assign outputs so they match OMS settings Do the same for Input Mapping. Create a new Multi Instrument in the environment assign its output to its respective OMS output in the parameter box on the left side of the environment. You really need to give me more info about your set-up if you need more help.
