Hello,

Can't make up my mind. I have a dual G5 (2gHz) and Logic Pro.
My problem is that i also want to work in Pro Tools.

So what are the Pro's and Con's for each setup/system?
And also what's the future of the systems?

I thought a little investigation could be helpfull.

So what's your view on this?
(especially the users of both systems, DSP (TDM and/or Powercore/Uad) and Native)

I'm curious

Thank you

Math

PTLE doesn't take full advantage of dual processors. The biggest gripe I hear from PTLE users is having to bounce because they need more tracks.

At one time I thought it would be hard to fill up 24-tracks, now some of my sessions use 48+ tracks.
