Can anyone tell me if Logic pro can be opened in protools Le 6.4 the same way reason can through rewire? Is there another way to do it?

I would like to just use protools for recording audio and use logic for midi. It would be nice to have logic work as a slave to protools. i guess that's not an option right now though. Did logic ever work as a slave?

As for the salesman, i specifically asked him if logic would slave to protools. he said yes...
