hello
this is my first post ...ahem ...
i running logic platinum on a G4 duel processor , if I try to play back my seven track audio song i get the error ... CORE AUDIO DISK TOO SLOW OR SYSTEM OVERLOAD ( -10010) I don't have anuthing else running , is it just the internal sound card ? not powerful enough ? I'm a new mac and logic user so eh... help please ....ta
oh yeah ..

Machine Model:Power Mac G4
CPU Type: PowerPC G4 (2.9)
Number Of CPUs: 2
CPU Speed: 500 MHz
L2 Cache (per CPU): 1 MB
Memory: 512 MB
Bus Speed: 100 MHz
Boot ROM Version: 4.28f1

maybe I should mention that when I load this song I get a 'creating overview for ...." each audio track ,this is the small progress bar window on the top left cornor of my arrange window, followed by a
'read/write does not allow writing Result code -61 ' this happens for each audio track in the song.

Your CPU isn't too slow, it's your harddrive. Try getting a second hard drive so all the recording can happen on one disk that's different than the disk that the software is being run from. You'll be much happier with the performance and the extra room.
