Really sorry about this everybody but this is about Abynth and Logic.

Its all legit. I have a disc originating Absynth 1.2, Logic Plat 4.7, G4 Tibook 500. Sounds ok doesnt it? It's been sheer hell all the way
trying to get it all working without spending hundreds and hundreds of
pounds. Iam a musician! If I had that soert of cashi'd be spending it on fast women and the high life. Dont even ask me about Griffen imic!! angry.gif
really please dont. I cant afford the therapy. wink.gif

ANyway i cant find absynth in logic. Im told it should just appear. hmmm

Absynth 1.0 etc is a stand alone application. You won't see it in Logic or any other DAW (Digital Audio Workstation).

I don't know about Absynth 1.2. Did they 'plug it in'?

Logic 4.7 - I'm assuming you're running OS9 - uses VST plug-ins anyway so the Absynth app would have to be a VST plug-in and it would have to be in the VST folder in the Logic path.

But, I'm pretty sure it's stand alone. I used to use Absynth - it is fantastic and far too much for my little brain on occasions. I used to launch Absynth - match bpm with what I was doing - record some stuff (technical term) and save it out before re-importing the .aiff file into ProToolsLE or Logic.
