I gotta new gadget!, A belated Christmas gift...

Group: Posts: 0 Joined: -- Member No.: 0	I got an Alesis AirFX controller. It lets me add envelope shifts and all sorts of other cool FX to my music! The best part is: no knobs or slide switches to twiddle! This thing uses an IR sensor to change the FX according to the movement of one's hand. It is sweet! I'll record some samples later.

Alesis may have been slow getting back up to speed after chapt.11, but they are still alive and kickin'. The Air Synth started shipping about a month ago - it's not quite the same as a Theremin (I have one of those too) but a very cool gadget in it's own right. Scott
