From what I understand, my dirt-cheap iMic can't be used to record audio using Cubase SX as it (apparently?) doesn't listen to USB Audio. I've downloaded a demo (that beeps every 30 sec) UBS-ASIO driver that will enable it, but the full monty runs @ 70 USD. Has anyone tried this? How's the (dare I use the word) quality? It is after all a helluva lot cheaper for me to use what I already have lying around than spring for a Emagic 6/2 or a FireWire 410.

Hello wizeman,

I don't know either, but I would be interested as well if you found out the best solution to the problem :-)

Cheers!
